隨著科學技術的日益發展，鹽堿地不再是不毛之地，而是重要的土地資源，合理的開發利用鹽堿地與保護鹽堿地環境不被破壞對于我國非常重要。由于特殊的地理環境，遼寧省濱海地區存在著大面積的鹽堿地，如離入?？诮谋P錦市、營口市，歷史上就屬于重鹽堿土壤地區，大連市的瓦房店、普蘭店以及莊河地區瀕臨黃渤海，也有大面積的鹽堿地，其土壤是典型的濱海鹽漬土，即整個土體鹽分含量高，且鹽分組成以氯化物為主。鹽堿地雖然低產甚至是不毛之地，但是其地勢平坦和灌溉之便，又令鹽堿地成為重要的土地后備資源。因而自古以來人類就沒有停止過對鹽堿地進行改良和利用。
本論文從鹽堿地利用的研究背景、研究目的和研究意義入手，了解當前國內外鹽堿地利用現狀及趨勢，分析中國的國情，根據遼寧省的具體情況，通過調查，進一步分析遼寧省在對鹽堿地的利用上采取了哪些有效措施。通過分析發現其中還存在哪些需要進一步解決的問題并提出對策建議，從而更加深刻的認識到鹽堿地資源是一種可持續發展的重要資源，有效利用鹽堿地具有非常重要的意義。

第六章是結論與展望。

Abstract
With the increasing development of science and technology, saline alkali land isno longer barren, but important land resources, reasonable development use of salineand alkaline land and protection in saline environment is not destroyed is veryimportant for our country. Due to the special geographical environment, Liaoningprovince has a large area of saline and alkaline land, such as Panjin, Yingkou, Dalian,Wafangdian City, Pulandian, Zhuanghe and, which is a typical coastal saline soil.
Saline alkali land even though the low yield of barren land, but the topography is flatand irrigation will, and saline alkali land become important land reserve resources.
Since ancient times, human beings have never stopped to improve and utilize salineand alkaline land.
This thesis begins with the research background, purpose and significance of theresearch, and analyzes the current situation and trend of the utilization of saline andalkaline land in China and abroad, analyzes the situation of China, and analyzes theeffective measures of Liaoning Province on the utilization of saline alkali soil inLiaoning province. Through the analysis of the problems which need to be furthersolved, it can be further realized that the saline alkali land resources is an importantresource for sustainable development.

The third chapter is the analysis of the utilization of saline alkali land in Liaoningprovince. From the distribution, the cause of formation, the use of effect, technicalmeasures and the “Bohai Liaoning” project in Liaoning Province, the status of salt andalkali land use is analyzed.
The fourth chapter is the analysis of the existing problems and the reasons for theutilization of saline alkali land in Liaoning province. This paper expounds that thesustainable utilization of saline alkali land in Liaoning province is not unified, and thefinancing channel is single, and the sustainable development is not emphasized.
The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for the utilization ofsaline alkali land in Liaoning province. The concept of sustainable utilization is putforward. The idea of sustainable utilization is put forward, the management plan ofsaline alkali land is put forward, the protection of policy and fund, the development ofagricultural technology, the development of supporting technology and applicationmode are six improvement measures.
