摘 要： 采用文獻資料、比較分析等研究方法，對美國 NCACE 教練員職業認證標準的框架結構、內容體系及特點進行了深層透析，旨在為我國教練員職業標準的制定提供理論參考。研究認為，NCACE 教練員職業認證標準的制定適應了美國青少年運動參與人數持續增加的現實需求，標準體系包括領域、標準和基準3 個層次； 領域及標準維度的劃分清晰明確、內容陳述全面； 標準受眾范圍廣泛，教練員、教育機構、認證機構和用人單位等都是其利益相關者； 能夠根據教練員的能力和水平進行合理的認證級別劃分； 標準指標體系的內容表述詳細，具有很強的操作性。鑒于美國教練員職業認證理論和實踐的豐富經驗，結合我國教練員職業標準的研究和制定，提出了諸如加快我國教練員職業標準的研制，樹立教練員專業發展理念，拓寬教練員職業標準的指標維度，以及建立合理的教練員分級認證制度等建議。

Abstract: Using the methods of literature review and comparative analysis,this paper analyzed NCACE profession-al accreditation standards for sports coaches in USA from aspects of frame structure,content system,and featuresin order to provide a theoretical reference for the development of professional standard about sports coaches in Chi-na. The results showed that the standards meet the realistic demand about the increasing numbers of youth sportparticipation. Domains,standards and benchmarks are the principal parts of the accreditation standards system.The dimensions and contents of domains and standards are clear and comprehensive. There are many stakeholders,including coaches,institutions,accrediting agencies and employers. According to ability and level,the sportscoaches can be reasonably divided. The contents of indicators are more in detail and practicality. In view of richexperience in USA and combined with the research of professional standards about sports coaches in China,thispaper offered following suggestions,such as accelerating the pace of building the sports coaches standard systemwith Chinese characteristics,setting up the idea of coaches professional development,broadening the indicators di-mension of professional standards,and establishing coaches hierarchical certification system.

現代世界體育比賽的競爭很大程度上取決于教練員之間的競爭，教練員的執教水平決定了運動員的競技能力和水平[1].美國早在 1994 年就制定了《田徑教練員國家標準》，2006 年又對該標準進行了修訂[2].經過 20 多年的發展，美國已經形成了完善的教練員職業認證標準體系。雖然我國早在 1994 年就制定了《體育教練員職務等級標準》，但是該標準僅是對職后教練員級別的劃分和崗位職責的解釋。目前為止，我國還沒有針對教練員職業出臺專門的認證標準，因此，本文主要采用文獻資料法，以“教練員”“專業標準”“專業認證”為主題詞，在中國知識資源總庫（ CNKI） 、EBSCO（ ASP） 學術資源數據庫進行檢索（ 日期為 1990-2016 年） ,搜集到相關文獻 30 篇，認真研讀了與本研究相關的 13 篇。查閱了美國教練教育國家認證委員會（ NCACE） 的官方網站，搜集到了美國教練員職業認證的詳細資料，這些權威數據庫和官方網站為本研究提供了詳盡的資料?；诖嗣绹叹殕T職業認證標準的核心內容和特點進行分析，以期為我國教練員職業認證標準體系的構建提供借鑒和參考。
1 美國教練員職業認證標準的主要內容。
成立于 2000 年的美國教練教育國家認證委員會（ The National Council for Accreditation of Coaching Edu-cation,NCACE） 是美國教練員職業認證的權威代表，也是一個非盈利性體育組織。NCACE 執行委員會由6 ~ 9 名成員組成，其使命是為所有級別的運動項目提供盡可能多的、有資質的、合格教練員[3].NCACE 采用《運動教練員國家標準》（ National Standards for SportCoaches,NSSC） 對教練員進行認證、評估和選擇，同時也對教練員培養機構進行監控[4],其嚴格的認證審查程序確保了教練員符合《運動教練員國家標準》的要求，并能有效促進每一名教練員的獨特發展[5].
1. 1 教練員職業認證標準的框架結構 美國教練教育認證體系包括 3 個部分，即教練員標準、機構標準和認證程序（ 圖 1） ,其中，教練員標準是核心內容，2006 年版教練員標準的整體內容框架由 4 部分構成：引言、修訂過程、領域及標準和基準、級別標準。引言是對教練員標準角色和作用的介紹； 修訂過程描述了新標準的修訂過程及其主要變化，與原有標準相比，新標準的變化體現在以下 3 個方面： 1） 指標數量的減少，把原有的350 條指標壓縮為210 條基準； 2） 認證級別的減少，將原有的 5 級認證壓縮為 3 級認證； 3） 標準格式的改變，新標準在每條標準之后增加了一段簡短的闡述，以為教師提供理解的視角； 領域及標準和基準是主要部分： 新標準分為 8 個領域、40 條標準和210 條基準； 級別標準是根據 210 條基準的要求分別對初級、中級和高級教練員制定的行為規范。
