摘 要
目前，CBA 作為我國體系最成熟、運作最系統的籃球運動聯賽，但是和 NBA相比尚且存在著不可逾越的差距， CBA 在建立之初借鑒了 NBA 大量的行為模式以及經驗教訓。相比之下， CBA 雖有所發展，但是發展的速度卻差強人意，究其原因多半是建立之初對 NBA 的生搬硬套，其最核心、最內層的文化方面的發展往往被忽略，因此導致 CBA 的發展不溫不火。值得我們深思熟慮的是 CBA 卻有著巨大的發展空間，這一點無可厚非，擁有中國幅員遼闊的疆土以及這么大的人口基數作為市場，CBA 發展的潛力不容小覷。與此同時，NBA 新上任總裁亞當·蕭華極其重視和中國的關系，并且強調和中國加強合作交流，無疑是看中了中國這么龐大的市場，從 2015 年春節期間 NBA 球隊穿印有中文的隊服這一點就不難看出。這對 CBA 來說是一種挑戰，同時也是一種千載難逢的發展機會。
因此，本文通過文獻資料法、邏輯分析法、錄像統計法等研究方法對 NBA 和 CBA文化進行比較研究，研究結果顯示：廣義的來說 NBA 與 CBA 文化是 NBA 與 CBA發展壯大過程中所創造的一切的總和；狹義的來講是以籃球這項運動為核心，以 NBA 和 CBA 為載體，是人們創造出來的與之直接相關的球員素養以及道德觀念、球迷素養以及忠誠度、簡潔明快宣傳短片以及耐人尋味的標語、嚴格有序的競賽規章制度、各具特色的競賽場地、嚴謹規范的競賽組織、科學合理的運動訓練、先進的體育器械、時尚大方的運動服裝、栩栩如生的體育雕像、令人印象深刻的體育作品等內容。本文首先通過文化根基比較研究，找出兩個聯賽根源性的差距，然后通過文化的動態對比分析，最后在兩個聯盟的包括精神層面、物質層面、制度層面、商業層面、行為層面、藝術層面在內的 6 個文化層面進行比較分析，從而全方位的找出兩者的差距。NBA 和 CBA 在發展的期間都呈現出來了極大的進步性，而 CBA 文化想要完成更進一步的發展今后面臨的更多是從傳統性到時代性和民族性到世界性的轉變。
因此，制定明確穩定的發展理念，避免模糊性與流動性、建立健全成熟完備的文化制度層面、構建先進的文化體系，注重世界性和時代性的轉變是目前CBA 發展的內在需求以及主要方向。

Abstract
At present, the CBA system is the most mature and systematic basketball leaguein China while CBA still has insurmountable gap compared with NBA. CBA learneda lot of NBA behavioral patterns as well as experience at the beginning ofestablishment. In contrast, despite the development, the pace of developing of CBAis unsatisfactory.It results in the fact that its imitation of NBA ignored the core andthe innermost layer of cultural development,which leads to the development tepid ofCBA.It is undeniable that CBA has a huge space for development.With China's vastterritory and such a large population base,CBA has excellent market potential fordevelopment that can't be underestimated. At the same time, NBA newly appointedpresident Adam Silver attaches great importance to the relationship with China andemphasizes cooperation and exchanges,which undoubtedly means fancying such ahuge Chinese market. It is evident that NBA teams' wearings were printed Chineseduring the 2015 Spring Festival.This is challenge as well as chance forCBA.Therefore,my comparison between the culture of NBA and CBA bases onliterature, logical analysis, video statistics and other research methods, the resultsshow:Generally speaking,NBA and CBA culture is the sum of what NBA and CBAcreated by developing and growing.In terms of narrow understanding, the culture iscentered on basketball, based on NBA and CBA,which means players' raceorganization and moral literacy, fans' literacy and loyalty,concise and interestingpromotional video slogans, strict and orderly competition rules, distinctive playingfield, strict norms, scientific and rational exercise training,advanced sportsequipment, fashionable sports wearing, lifelike sports statue, and impressive sportsworks.First,find the difference of NBA and CBA through compare the origin ofculture.Second,analysis the trends of culture.Finally,a full range of comparative ofanalysis inclouding spirit,material,layer of system,commerce,action and art culture.
NBA and CBA both appear rather progressive during the development.As long asCBA wants to move forward better culture,it need the turning from tradition tomodern and from nation to world.
Therefore,it's the main direction and inherent requirement for CBA to formulateclear and stable development concept, avoid vagueness and mobility, establishsophisticated and institutional aspects of culture, build an advanced culture system,and focus on the change to become world wide and modern.
