摘 要：
象牙雕刻作為一門古老的技藝，因其用料的溫潤典雅和題材所具有的文化內涵，在中國工藝美術發展史上占有重要地位。但是近代，隨著各種象牙貿易禁令的出臺，國內牙雕工藝已 進入了舉步維艱的境地。用料方面，從業者只能嘗試選用猛犸牙以及海牙替代現代象牙材料；而從題材上看，受中國傳統文化的影響，牙雕多以吉祥、辟邪以及佛家用物等形式出現，這也多少固化了從業者的創作思維。隨著世界多元化格局的形成，人們的生活也越來越豐富多彩，堅守和創新無疑是當下牙雕工藝所面臨的巨大挑戰。
凡是民族的，也必然是世界的，我們在對牙雕技藝嚴謹傳承的同時，也進行了諸多方面有益的探索。在創新設計、材質結合等方面嘗試找到新的突破點，并融入當下的時尚元素來契合大眾口味。所以我提出將牙雕運用到服裝配飾中，因為我們最初的著裝啟蒙就是從服裝配飾開始的，隨著社會的發展逐漸成為人類必不可少的審美方式。我從傳統文化中尋找創作靈感，在創作語言上跟隨時代發展趨勢，拓寬牙雕在日常生活中的表達范圍，最終摸索出象牙雕刻在服裝配飾中的實用技法和題材延伸，并通過本文進行闡述。

Abstract.
Ivory carving as an ancient art, because of its gentle and elegant materials usedand the theme of the cultural connotation, in the history of China's arts and craftsoccupies an important position.
