摘要
本文透過馬克思主義大眾化的視角分析和研究軍隊思想政治教育。從馬克思主義大眾化的視角出發，充分闡述馬克思主義、馬克思主義大眾化的基本概念，充分敘述軍隊思想政治教育的概念，敘述軍隊思想政治教育的基本內容及基本制度，認真梳理馬克思主義大眾化與軍隊思想政治教育的相互關系，并指出二者密切聯系、相互統一、相互區別的內在關系，指出二者內在的實踐的統一于樹牢軍魂，聽黨指揮和堅持黨對軍隊絕對領導的偉大實踐之中。
同時以馬克思主義大眾化視域下軍隊思想政治教育的發展歷程作為思想源泉，追根溯源、以史為鑒，尋求歷史脈絡，仔細闡述發展歷程。以不同的歷史階段作為區分的標準，分階段、分時期詳細敘述發展歷程。通過了解歷史、總結經驗、吸取教訓，進而在二者發展的歷程中汲取養分，為馬克思主義大眾化視域下軍隊思想政治教育提供更加寶貴的指導思想。
結合當前的社會形勢和部隊自身環境，以部隊思想政治教育的現實情況為依據，認真查找存在的現實問題。指出當前軍隊思想政治教育中存在著形式仍需繼續改進，內容仍需不斷豐富，實效性、針對性仍需切實加強的問題。并仔細尋找現實問題存在的深刻原因，指出其受社會轉型影響，兵員結構的調整，科技發展沖擊和不良作風的腐蝕導致了現實問題的存在。
最終以馬克思主義大眾化視域下軍隊思想政治教育的理論研究為依據，結合實際給出相應的對策建議。指出要堅持馬克思主義關于人的全面發展學說，改進和完善軍隊思想政治教育的形式。要堅持馬克思主義與時俱進的理論品質，不斷豐富和充實軍隊思想政治教育的內容。要堅持馬克思主義實事求是的思想精髓，切實增強軍隊思想政治教育的實效性、針對性。并指出通過發揚教育民主，完善工作機制，拓寬教育載體，深化理論研究，拓展理論視野，充實教育內容，提高能力素質，創新方式方法，健全評估機制等途徑和方法解決所面臨的現實問題。

ABSTRACT
This paper analyzes and studies through the perspective of the Political EducationPopularization of Marxism.
