中文摘要
近年來，我國人口老齡化進程速度加快，已對經濟及社會發展形造成日趨嚴重的影響。做好老齡工作、發展老年事業，讓老年人享有健康幸福的晚年生活，不僅是弘揚傳統美德的重要體現、社會文明進步的重要標志，也是促進社會和諧穩定的重要舉措，同時也為實現中國夢提供必要條件。
人口老齡化成為影響我國經濟發展中重要組成部分，研究人口老齡化對社會經濟發展至關重要。針對人口老齡化對我國產業結構、勞動力資源、社會保障的影響分析。在借鑒國外經驗的基礎上，提出解決我國人口老齡化的對策。具體表現有，合理推進產業結構發展及擴大養老產業；完善社會養老保障體系；積極貫徹我國人口發展政策。
本文從我國的國情出發，以馬克思主義人口理論和再生產理論為前提，與十八大報告所提出“積極應對人口老齡化，大力發展老齡服務事業和產業”等內容相結合提出建議。

Abstract
Recent years, the aging population's growing fast, which has a big influence onour economy and the development of our society. Do the aging work well developthe aging causes and help aged people living happily are not only the symbol ofcarrying forward traditional Chinese virtues and progressing the social civilization.
but also is an important measure to promote social harmony and stability. Dealingwith the issues of aging population is also important to realizing Chinese nation' sgreat rejuvenation and achieving Chinese dream.
The Demographic factor has become the major part in Chinese economy'sdevelopment. so it is significant to solve the aging population' problems. now,we needto deal with the effects of aging population on the areas of industrial structure ,laborresource and social security income by analysing foreign experience and combinethem with china's special situation .Firstly we need to boot national economy tostrengthen our economic foundation .Secondly during the process of readjustingindustrial structure,our government should give policy guidance to the reasonabledivision of labor of different working age population. Thirty aiming at the issues ofthe aging population hearing the health insurance fees and burdens. We need toreform the system oh endowment insurance.At last according to our national situation,we can have a further reform in the aspect of delaying retirement and improving thelegal system.
The thesis is based on the situation of china's aging population and combine theMAX demographic theory and reproduction theory with the reports of EighteenthNational People's Congress which refers to aging population together ,and putsforward some suggestions to solve the aging population problems,Keywords:Aging population, economic effects, old-age pensionburden
