摘 要
我國基礎教育在改革與發展的過程中，基于歷史積累、政策調控、區域經濟水平等原因，客觀上形成了優質教育資源和薄弱學校之分。薄弱高中學校是相對于優質高中學校而言的，其辦學條件、學生素質、師資水平等方面均無法與優質高中學校相比。薄弱高中的大量存在，嚴重影響著我國基礎教育的均衡發展和教育公平的實現。探索薄弱高中學生有效管理策略具有重要的理論和實踐意義，對提升薄弱高中的教學水平，提高教育質量、實現教育公平會起到有力的推動作用，可以促進基礎教育的均衡和可持續發展，從而落實素質教育，促進學生的健康成長和發展。
本文以薄弱高中學校代表--菏澤市 X 高中 2014 級高一年級的學生管理工作為調查研究對象。研究者采用調查研究、文獻研究、個案研究、行動研究等方法，比較全面地了解了薄弱高中學生在人生規劃、學習情況、思想狀況、行為習慣等方面存在的典型問題，詳細介紹了根據學生所存在問題的現狀 X 高中所采取的一些有效管理措施及所取得的成效，以期為薄弱高中學生的管理工作提供一些實踐經驗。
全文共分為五部分：
第一部分為緒論。本部分對薄弱高中學生有效管理研究的背景、研究意義、相關研究情況、研究思路與方法等做了一一闡述。
第二部分：薄弱高中學生管理及相關理論概述。本部分對薄弱高中、學生管理、有效管理 3 個相關概念進行了界定，并闡述了學生管理的理論基礎：人的需要層次理論、管理控制理論和多元智能理論。
第三部分：薄弱高中學生狀況及學生管理工作存在的問題。結合問卷調查，筆者列舉了菏澤市 X 高中學生狀況及存在的問題，并對存在的問題進行了成因分析。
第四部分：薄弱高中學生有效管理改革的舉措。本部分是整篇論文的重點，從創新學生管理體制、精心設計活動、營造校園文化氛圍、結合家庭教育齊抓共管等方面詳細介紹了菏澤市 X 高中學生有效管理改革的舉措。
在論文的第五部分，筆者從學生學業成績的提升、學生精神面貌的改善、學生理想追求的變化和各種榮譽的獲得等方面簡要介紹了薄弱高中學生有效管理改革的成效，并對學生有效管理的改革進行了反思。

Abstract
In the process of the reform and development of basic education in our country, because ofthe reasons of historical accumulation, policy adjustment, regional economy and so on, the highquality education resources and weak schools have appeared objectively. Weak senior highschools are relative to the excellent ones. For weak senior high schools, the conditions forrunning them, the quality of the students, the teaching level of the teachers and other aspectscan't be compared with excellent high schools. The existence of large numbers of weak seniorhigh schools seriously affects the balanced development of basic education in China and therealization of educational equity. To explore effective management strategies of educating andmanaging weak senior high school students is significance theoretically and practically. It willhelp to improve the teaching level, improve education quality and achieve educational equity. Itwill play a strong role in promoting the balanced and sustainable development of basic education,so as to implement quality education, promote students' healthy growth and development.
This paper is based on the research to the management of Grade 2014 students from XSenior High School of Heze, a representative of weak senior high schools. By using the methodsof investigation, literature research, case studies, action research and so on, the researcher hasfound some typical problems of the students in the aspects of life planning, learning, thinkingand their behavior. This paper introduces detailedly some effective management measures andthe results achieved by X senior high school, which can provide some practical experience forthe management of students in the weak senior high schools.
The full text is divided into five parts:
The first part is the introduction. In this part, the background, significance, researchsituation, research ideas and methods of the effective management of the weak senior highschool students are presented.
The second part: Students Management in Weak Senior High Schools and Related TheoryOverviews. This part defines the three concepts of weak senior high school, student management,and effective management, and expounds the theoretical basis of student management: theHierarchy of Human Needs Theory, Management Control Theory and Multi-intelligenceTheory.
The third part: The problems of weak senior high school students and the studentsmanagement. Based on the questionnaire survey, the author lists the status quo and existingproblems of the students from X Senior High School of Heze, and analyzes the causes of theproblems.
The fourth part is about the measures of the effective management of the students in theweak senior high school. This part is the focus of the whole paper. It introduces some effectivestudents management methods that X senior high school of Heze have tried, such as theinnovation of students management system, carrying out carefully designed educational activities,creating a campus culture atmosphere, combining school education with family education, andso on are presented detailedly in this part.
In the fifth part of this thesis, the author briefly introduces the results of the effectivemanagement of the students from the aspects of the improvement of students' academicperformance, the improvement of students' spiritual appearance, the change of the students' idealand the obtaining of various honors. The author also gives some reflections on the reform ofstudents' effective management in this part.
