摘要

云南陸軍講武堂，是清末民初最為重要的軍事院校之一，培養了大批的軍事人才，創造了中國近代軍事教育史上引人矚目的成就，在中國近代軍事、政治史上產生了深遠的影響。因此，云南陸軍講武堂的軍事人才培養模式及其取得的軍事教育成果具有很大的研究價值。

本文主要運用文獻研究法和歷史研究法來梳理云南陸軍講武堂的發展歷程，從史料中了解講武堂當時的軍事教育情況，總結講武堂的軍事管理體制、人才培養模式及對中國近代軍事教育史的影響，再通過各位親身經歷者的回憶來進一步驗證補充這些結論。

云南陸軍講武堂在軍事教育管理方面的特色主要是規劃了明確的組織結構、詳細的招生計劃、全面的管理制度、國際的師資來源以及合理的經費預算，從制度上保障了講武堂軍事教學活動的順利開展。在軍事人才培養模式方面主要體現了其招生的開放性、課程的科學性、管理的制度性、教學的先進性、師資的國際性這五個軍事教育特點。對其他軍事院校的援建及影響顯現出了云南陸軍講武堂對中國近代軍事教育史的推動作用，對中國近代軍事及政治的影響可以直觀的展示出云南陸軍講武堂豐碩的軍事教育成果。

Abstract

Yunnan Military Academy is one of the most important military schools at theend of Qing Dynasty and the start of the Republic of China, which cultivatednumerous military elites and achieved great successes in China's early militaryeducation, military events and political affairs. Therefore, the study on YunnanMilitary Academy's training system and education gains are of great value.

This dissertation mainly use the methods of literature and history study to findthe development of Yunnan Military Academy. According to the historical materialsof this military academy, we can infer to the essence of military management systemand elite cultivation model and the influences of that to Chinese military education. Inaddition, from the personal experiences we can provided more useful evidences tothose conclusions.

Concerning to the management of Yunnan Military Academy, which is mainlyfocus on the clear organization structure, detailed enrollment plan, full-roundedmanagement system, international staff resources and reasonable expenditure budget.

All of these made the solid foundation of Yunnan Military Academy's teachingactivities. As for its elite cultivation model, its features are the openness of enrollment,the advancement of course curriculum, the institutionalization of management, theleading position of teaching methods and the internationalization of staff resources.

Yunnan Military Academy made great contribution to the founding of other militaryschools and the process of Chinese military education in modern times. Furthermore,the development of Chinese military events and political affairs in recent times alsowitnessed the harvest of Yunnan Military Academy.
