關聯數據被預為是未來語義網的主題，它是一種可以通過可連接的 URI 方式來發布、共享、連接 Web 中各類數據資源的新型數據鏈接方法。從“關聯數據”這個概念一被提出，關聯數據就作為一種輕量級的語義網實現技術，在對互聯網的數據、信息和組織進行著描述、聯系和共享的最佳實踐，伴隨著 W3C 的關聯開放數據運動的進行，關聯數據在圖書館界出現了迅速的應用和發展。動態服務組合是指web上數據和信息的有效機制，它對在快速發展的互聯網應用模式下提高軟件系統的重用性及互操作性具有重要價值。隨著組合服務的發展，異構系統中的動態服務運行在不同平臺上，能以不同的方式創建、用不同的編程語言實現、由不同的服務提供者提供，將圖書館關聯數據與動態服務組合在共同的語義網基礎上更好的整合起來具有優化數字圖書館信息服務的重大意義。本文是在基于關聯數據的數字圖書館中已有研究應用的基礎上，對動態服務組合進行了深入的探討和構建，提出了如何形成良好的服務運行機制，以期對數字圖書館的服務體系的發展提供一些參考。

Abstract
Linked data to be pre-topic of the Semantic Web is the future, it is a way to connectthrough the URI to publish, share, connect new data linking method in all types of Webdata resources. From the “linked data” concept one is proposed as a best practice-relateddata on the Semantic Web a lightweight implementation techniques in data on theInternet, information and description of the organization, contact and sharing, alongwith W3C The association conducted an open data movement, association dataexperienced rapid application and development of the library community. Dynamicservice composition refers to data and effective mechanisms of information on the web,it increased reuse of software systems at the rapid development of Internet applicationmode and interoperability of great value. With the development of a combination ofservices, heterogeneous systems dynamic services running on different platforms, canbe created in different ways, with different programming language, provided bydifferent service providers, the Library Linked Data and dynamic service combined in acommon semantic web based on better integrating major importance to optimize digitallibrary information services.
This article is based on the associated data in a digital library of existing researchon the basis of applications, dynamic service portfolio and build depth discussion, thequestion of how to form a good service operating mechanism to the digital libraryservice system development provide some reference.
