摘 要
21 世紀以來，互聯網技術逐步深入每個人的生活和學習當中，成為其必不可少的組成部分，在此基礎上發展起來的數字圖書館也慢慢的進入到我們的視野當中。
數字圖書館不同于傳統的圖書館，它是建立在計算機技術和互聯網的應用之上，實現了無紙化的信息數據檢索。在數字圖書館建設方面，Google 數字圖書館與世界上一半的圖書館合作，把傳統的圖書館進行了數字化的處理，建立起一個可以通過關鍵字就可以檢索和查詢的數字圖書館，這種圖書館真正實現了無紙化，實現了用戶足不出戶就可以獲得需求的數據信息。
本文首先從多個方面對 Google 數字圖書館進行了概述，比較出 Google 數字圖書館與傳統圖書館的區別，指出了 Google 數字圖書館的優勢所在以及所帶來的影響，然后在技術、管理和法律三個層面分析出 Google 數字圖書館的在全球數字圖書館中獲得成功的經驗，這種成功很大程度上對我國數字圖書館的建設具有巨大的借鑒作用，從而推進我國數字圖書館的建設。

Abstract
Since the 21st century,the gradual deepening of Internet technologies in eachperson's life and learning,as its integral part,developed on the basis of the digitallibrary is also slowly into our field of vision. Unlike traditional library digital library,which is built on the application of computer technology and the Internet to achieve apaperless information and data retrieval. In building a digital library,Google DigitalLibrary in cooperation with half the world's libraries,the traditional library digitizedprocessing,can build a digital library by keywords you can search and retrieval,and thisLibrary truly paperless,realized the data information users can stay at home to getdemand.
Firstly,many aspects of the Google digital library overview,compare thedifference between Google digital library and traditional library,pointing out theadvantages of Google's digital library and the impact of , and in technology ,management and legal analysis of the three levels of experience to succeed in a globaldigital library in the Google digital library,this success largely to the construction ofdigital library has a great reference,and thus promote the construction of digital library .
