摘 要
黨的十八大從國家、社會和公民個人三個層面確定了社會主義核心價值觀的內容。如何在全社會開展社會主義核心價值觀教育，是一個值得研究的問題。西柏坡時期產生的西柏坡精神，作為一種承載了我黨光榮革命歷程的重要資源，蘊涵著豐富的教育資源，是當前開展社會主義核心價值觀教育的鮮活教材。我們研究和弘揚西柏坡精神，對于加強黨的建設，倡導社會主義核心價值觀，加強社會主義核心價值觀教育，增強民族凝聚力和戰斗力，都具有重大的意義。
本文在認真研讀大量文獻和史料的基礎上，運用文獻研究、功能分析、經驗總結的方法，以西柏坡精神和社會主義核心價值觀的內涵為切入點，深入挖掘西柏坡精神在社會主義核心價值觀教育中的價值，針對西柏坡精神融入社會主義核心價值觀教育存在的問題，充分利用西柏坡精神資源價值，提出西柏坡精神融入社會主義核心價值觀教育的對策，達到兩者的密切結合，進而豐富社會主義核心價值觀教育的內容，拓展社會主義核心價值觀教育的途徑。
全文共分為五個章節。第一章對選題背景、研究意義、國內外研究現狀以及研究方法進行了介紹。第二章分析了西柏坡精神形成的歷史背景和社會主義核心價值觀提出的重大意義，對西柏坡精神和社會主義核心價值觀的內涵進行了詳細的闡述。
第三章是本文的難點，分別從理論層面和實踐層面，深入剖析了西柏坡精神在社會主義核心價值觀教育中的價值。第四章歸納了西柏坡精神融入社會主義核心價值觀教育存在的問題以及原因。第五章作為本文的重點，從實施方法、途徑和長效機制三方面，對西柏坡精神融入社會主義核心價值觀教育提出了對策。

Abstract
The eighteenth national congress of the CPC established the content of Core SocialistValues from three aspects, including nation, society and citizen. How to develop theEducation of Core Socialist Values is a problem which is worth studying. Xibaipo Spirit,came out during the period of Xibaipo, is an important resource carrying gloriousrevolutionary history of our party. Containing rich resources for education, it is a vividteaching material for Education of Core Socialist Values. It has great significance for us tostudy and develop Xibaipo Spirit, including strengthening the party’s construction,advocating Core Socialist Values, developing Education of Core Socialist Values,enhancing national cohesion and combat effectiveness.
Based on the study of plenty of references and historical materials, this paper makesuse of the methods, such as literature research, functional analysis and experiencesummary. This paper begins with the content of Xibaipo Spirit and Core Socialist Values,discovers the value of Xibaipo Spirit on the Education of Core Socialist Values, putsforward countermeasures taking full advantage of the resource value of Xibaipo Spirit onthe problems during the process of integrating into the Education of Core Socialist Values.
The combination of Xibaipo Spirit and Education of Core Socialist Values can rich thecontent and expand approaches of Education of Core Socialist Values.
This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the research background andsignificance, overseas and domestic research status, and research methods. The secondpart analyses the historical background of formation of Xibaipo Spirit and the significanceof Core Socialist Values. Connotation of Xibaipo Spirit and Core Socialist Values is alsoelaborated in this part. The third part, the difficult part in this paper, deeply analyses thevalue of Xibaipo Spirit in the Education of Core Socialist Values from theoretical andpractical level. The forth part concludes the problems and reasons for Xibaipo Spirit whichis integrated into the Education of Core Socialist Values. As the important part in thispaper, the fifth part puts forward countermeasures for integrating Xibaipo Spirit into theEducation of Core Socialist Values from three aspects, including implement methods,approaches and long-term mechanism.
