摘 要
煤炭作為我國的基礎能源，一直在整個能源結構中占有著很大的比重，對我國國民經濟的發展起到主要的支撐作用。長久以來，煤炭企業始終堅持把思想政治教育工作作為統領全局、貫徹各項工作的重中之重，從未停止過對思想政治教育工作的研究、運用、創新、改革和發展。伴隨著國有煤炭企業轉型升級的步伐，煤企的思想政治教育工作也不斷發展變化。
自 2012 年起，由于進口煤炭的增加、國內煤炭產能過剩和消費增速放緩等諸多不利因素的影響，我國煤炭企業的“黃金十年”也無聲終結了。當今煤炭企業的生存和發展經受著嚴峻的挑戰，廣大職工的思想狀況也受到不同程度的沖擊。因此，新時期的煤炭企業思想政治教育工作面臨著新挑戰。煤炭企業的思想政治教育工作必須本著從具體實際出發，依據當前形勢和科學發展觀分析當今煤炭企業思想政治教育工作面臨的新問題，努力開拓和發展一套符合新形勢要求的新對策，積極主動地做好思想政治教育工作，努力提高煤炭企業思想政治教育的時效性，讓企業擁有更強的市場競爭力和保持經濟效益更加長久穩定的發展。
本文科學的、有選擇、有針對的借鑒和參考了很多國內外著名專家學者的研究成果和先進思想，有著作者自己對于我國煤炭企業職工思想政治教育工作的新視角與新觀點，既不是想當然的空中樓閣，也不是一味的照本宣科，有著很強的基層調研作為依托。采取了科學的調查研究方法，在調查的對象、方式方法、基本原則等方面都進行了科學的論證，以最大限度的保證調查的結果的可靠性與真實性。經過認真的分析與探索，比較和借鑒先賢的杰出成果，經過錘煉，針對當今時代煤炭企業思想政治教育工作的現狀和挑戰以及未來的發展趨勢，從加強煤企思想政治教育工作的機制建設、構建新型的教育方式方法、新載體的充分利用、提升思政工作者自身素質、與企業文化形成合力等方面提出了自己的對策和建議。

ABSTRACT
As an essential chemical material of the basic energy in China, coal influences thenational economy to a large extent. For a long time, the coal enterprises always put theideological and political education as the priority in commanding the overall situation andproceeding of all the work. In the course of continuous in-depth reform of state-owned coalenterprise, the environment and nature of enterprise's ideological and political education workkeeps changing.
Since 2012, due to the impact of unfavorable factors such as the increase in coal importsand domestic coal excess capacity , the “golden decade” of coal enterprises in our country wasput an end to silently. Nowadays coal enterprises faces severe challenges for the sake ofsurvival and development, the workers' state of mind has also been impacted to a varyingdegree. Therefore, the ideological and political education work of coal enterprises was facedwith new challenges, which should analyze the new problems from an actual and presentsituation in a scientific development perspective, endeavor to exploit a set of new strategy,continuously improve ideological and political work to meet the requirements of newsituation, and strive to improve the efficiency of the coal enterprise ideological and politicaleducation in order to make the enterprises more competitive in the market and gain asustainable development in the economic benefits.
In this paper, the author selectively takes reference of the research and thoughts of manyfamous experts and scholars from home and abroad, which includes the author's newperspectives and new ideas of ideological and political education work for coal enterprises . Itis neither a castle in the air nor a blindly script. It relies on a grass roots research and scientificresearch method, and conducts a scientific proof on the object, methods, principles to ensurethe reliability and authenticity of the results. After a series of analysis, exploration,comparison and reference, the author puts forward her own ideas on historical achievements,current situation, challenges and trends of the ideological and political education in the coalenterprises.
