摘 要
地區經濟的發展離不開交通運輸的支持，而交通運輸的發展也需要經濟支撐作為后盾。作為西南內陸城市的重慶，在改革開放幾十年以來，對外貿易發展取得了長足進展，對交通運輸的承載力及所達地域也提出了進一步的要求。
本文針對重慶電子信息產業發展面臨的交通瓶頸，將以“渝新歐”國際鐵路作為研究對象，以探討交通運輸對地區外貿發展的影響作用。
本文首先闡述了文章的研究背景和意義，提出了開通“渝新歐”國際鐵路的必要性。以國際運輸服務貿易作為理論支撐引申出“渝新歐”國際鐵路，介紹了其基本情況；再者通過對重慶外貿運輸通道的分析，指出其存在的問題，從而說明“渝新歐”國際鐵路對于重慶外貿發展的必要性。然后從企業成本，外貿指標，進出口貿易方式，團結村鐵路口岸四方面闡述了“渝新歐”國際鐵路服務貿易帶來的影響；最后，本文從“渝新歐”鐵路自身基礎設施匹配升級，相關產業發展，產業結構調整，政府職能及專業人才五方面提出了“渝新歐”國際鐵路服務貿易的提升策略，從而實現對重慶外貿發展的進一步推進作用。

Abstract
Regional economy can not develop well without the support of transportation, andthe development of transportation also requires the back up of the economy.
Chongqing, as a southwest inland city, has made a considerable progress on foreigntrade after decades of the reform and opening-up policy. Hence it raises a furtherdemand on the transportation. This paper takes the YUXINOU as the study subjectbased on the background of the transportation short board Chongqing's IT industrydevelopment came across, to investigate the influence of transport on the regionalforeign trade development.
This paper firstly describes the background and significance of the article, andexplains the necessity to open YUXINOU international railway. It takes theinternational transport trade theory as the theoretical support, and brings out theYUXINOU International Railway and introduces its basic situation. Furthermore,points out its problems through the analysis of Chongqing's foreign transportchannels, to prove the necessity of its foundation. Then it elaborates the impact ofYUXINOU from four parts of enterprise cost, foreign trade indicators, import andexport trade terms and Tuanjiechun Railway Port. Finally, this paper raises five areason how to improve the YUXINOU international railway, like the upgrade of theinfrastructure, development of related industries, industrial restructuring,government functions and expertise, so as to further promote Chongqing's foreigntrade development.
