摘要
中國經濟在改革開放后經歷了三十多年的高速增長，但近幾年增長速度開始呈現放緩的趨勢，經濟增長速度進入由高速增長向中高速增長的換擋期，2014 年我國國內生產總值同比增長 7.4%,經濟步入新常態。伴隨著我國經濟結構的調整，我國的經濟增長率是否會持續下降，我國經濟是否會掉入“中等收入陷阱”還是可以平穩的過度這個換擋期保持經濟的中高速增長，這個問題日益成為經濟學界的熱點。本文從促進經濟增長的因素入手，針對我國的國情提出建議和對策，綜合各方面的分析，最后從技術進步的方面提出了使我國經濟保持中高速增長對策。
本文主要分為四個部分，首先介紹了本文的選題背景及研究意義，隨后對國內外的相關理論進行了綜述。第二章，本文從西方經濟學關于經濟增長的影響因素理論出發，闡述了各因素對經濟增長促進作用的主要機制，和各因素之間相互作用對經濟增長的作用。第三章對我國的經濟增長的因素影響進行分析，通過對我國 2010 年至 2014 年的統計數據進行分析，發現我國勞動數量、固定資產投資增速放慢對經濟增長的貢獻率都在下降，而我國的技術進步對經濟增長仍具有很大的潛力，并論述了技術水平對促進我國經濟增長的機制，認為應當在經濟結構的調整過程中，以技術進步為核心，加快技術的創新和成果的產業化，以此來帶動產業結構的優化和調整，并通過具有更高附加值的產業吸引勞動力和資本等資源向高技術產業轉移促進經濟增長。第四章介紹了推動技術進步從而促進我國經濟增長的對策和建議。提出合理利用政府的補貼、加大對國家科技專項重大項目的投資和政策支持、推進科技創新的市場化等措施合理地配置科技資源；通過專利制度、科技金融體系等的建設，進一步完善相關制度和體系；理順科技人才培養和使用機制等。
本文的研究方法和寫作意圖：本文在研究過程中通過基礎理論的闡述，運用實證分析，結合西方經濟學理論以及國內學者對我國經濟所做出的一些新研究成果，對當前階段我國經濟增長的影響因素進行了分析和論述，并提出了針對當前人口紅利減少以及傳統產業存在較多產能過剩等現象的新常態之下的科學對策，試圖為我國經濟保持中高速的發展找到出路，為我國經濟發展邁向健康可持續的發展提出了一些建議。

Abstract
After the reform and opening up, China's economy has experienced 30 years of rapidgrowth, but the trends of growth began slowing in recent years, the speed of economic growthis shifting into the moderate growth from the high-speed growth, China's gross domesticproduct growth is 7.4% in 2014, the economy into a New Normal. Along with the adjustmentof economic structure in our country, our country's economic growth rate will continue to fall,whether the country's economy will fall into the “middle-income trap”, or will still smoothover the phase and keep high speed growth in economy, the problem is increasingly becominga hot spot of the economics profession. In this paper, from the source of economic growth,according to the analysis of China's national conditions the writer put forward somesuggestions and countermeasures to promote the rapid growth in the current economy inChina.
This article mainly divides into four parts, first introduced the selected topic backgroundand research significance of this paper, then the related theory at home and abroadisreviewed. The second chapter, this article embarks from the economic growth; the sourceof the basic theory is discussed, analyzed the economic source of growth, and expounds thesource, the mechanism of promoting effect on economic growth and the interaction betweenthe sources of the effect on economic growth. Third chapter analyze the factors of economicgrowth in China, based on the statistical data from 2009 to 2014 were analyzed, and foundthat the quantity, the investment amount of labor contribution rate to economic growth arefalling, and the technology level of our country still has great potential for economic growth,and discusses the mechanism of technology to promote economic growth in China, think thatshould be in the process of the adjustment of economic structure, technological progress asthe core, accelerate the industrialization of technological innovation and achievements, inorder to drive the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure, and through the industryhave a higher added value to attract labor and capital and other resources to high technologyindustry. The fourth chapter introduces the countermeasures to promote the growth oftechnological progress to promote China's economic and the suggestion. Mainly through the reasonable use of government subsidies, increase the investment of special major projects ofnational science and technology and policy support, and the development of science andtechnology measures such as financial service system, reasonable configuration of scienceand technology resources; And through perfecting the system of property rights and patentprotection to stimulate scientific research investment, intensify efforts to cultivate talents ofscience and technology. And formulates relevant policies and improve the system of related tothe transformation of scientific research to the economic growth, etc., thus for our country inthe current stage of economic keep high-speed growth, to promote technological progress todeepen the reform of Angle provides some ideas.
Research methods and writing intention of this article: in the process of research in thispaper, through the base theory, and using empirical analysis combined with contemporary tothe economy of our country to make some new research achievements, the current stage ofour country economic growth are analyzed and discussed, and put forward the currentdemographic dividend and traditional industries there is more excess capacity under the newnormal phenomenon such as scientific countermeasures, trying to find a way out in the ourcountry economy to maintain high-speed development, for our country's economicdevelopment to indicate the direction of healthy and sustainable development.
