摘 要
水泥作為國民經濟基礎原材料，在人類社會的建筑業內扮演著非常重要的角色，水泥工業與國民經濟建設有著非常密切的聯系。水泥企業的存貨種類繁多，原材料及各類燃料占到 80%以上，出于成本考慮，實現存貨管理具有重要的現實意義。存貨在企業總資產中占據的比例越高，占用的流動資金量也越大，而存貨管理對企業的資金占用水平以及資產運作效率產生較為直接的影響。企業管理的根本出發點和最終落腳點是價值最大化，想要保持較高的盈利能力，實現價值最大化，企業就應當重視對存貨進行科學有效的管理。
本文采用規范研究與案例研究相結合的方法，首先從水泥行業的背景入手，闡述了水泥行業實行存貨管理的意義所在，在對 S 公司的背景及存貨狀況進行介紹后，描述了 S 公司現階段存貨管理遇到的三個較為突出的問題。并對問題出現的原因進行了詳細的分析，以存貨管理理論為基礎，借鑒 ABC 分類法、最優經濟批量公式及準時生產制的相關理論知識，運用自身在水泥企業的實踐經驗，與企業的管理層以及基層工作人員進行探討后，提出了七項改善 S 公司存貨管理的具體措施。
本文的創新之處在于：如何 對水泥企業的存貨進行分類；如何根據需求確定原材料的最佳訂購量；如何 將管理者績效考核進行細化，引起管理人員對存貨管理的重視；對于相似水泥企業如何更好的實現存貨管理能起到一定的借鑒作用。

Abstract
Cement based raw materials as the national economy, in the constructionindustry of human society plays a very important role, cement industry has very closeconnection with national economic construction. Cement enterprise inventory a widevariety of raw materials and various types of fuel accounted for more than 80%, forcost reasons, inventory management has important practical significance. Inventory inthe enterprise holds the higher the proportion of total assets, the amount of flowamount is, the greater the and inventory management to enterprise's capital takes uplevel and a more direct impact on asset operational efficiency. Enterprise managementthe fundamental starting point and final foothold is value maximization, want to keephigher profit ability, realize the maximization of the value of the enterprise should payattention to scientific and effective management of inventory.
This article adopts the method of normative research combined with case study,first of all from the background of the cement industry, cement industry implementsthe meaning of the inventory management is expounded, in an introduction to thebackground and the status of the inventory of S company, describes the company Scurrent inventory management in three relatively prominent problem. And carried onthe detailed analysis of the cause of the problem, based on the inventory managementtheory, draw lessons from the ABC classification, the optimal economic batchformula and just-in-time production system related theory knowledge, using their ownexperience in the practice of cement enterprise, and enterprise management as well asdiscusses the grass-roots staff, puts forward seven and specific measures to improvethe company S inventory management.
The innovation of this article lies in: how to carry on the classification of cemententerprise inventory; How to determine the optimal quantity of raw materials based onthe requirements; How to manage the elaboration management performance appraisal,to the attention of the management of inventory management. For similar cemententerprises how to better the implementation of inventory management can play acertain reference function.
