摘要
隨著高校教育管理體制的改革以及高校學生管理環境的改變，傳統的學生管理方式顯然已力不從心，對于學生安全管理工作必須提出新的要求。近年來，網格化管理概念的出現及其在城市建設、社區管理等方面的成功應用，為學生安全管理工作提供了理論和實踐依據。獨立學院作為高等教育學校的重要組成部分，其在校生也是一個龐大的群體。構建獨立學院學生安全管理的有效模式是確保獨立學院管理工作有序、高效開展的基礎，具有現實意義。根據目前獨立學院學生安全管理的形勢，本文試圖從理論和實際相結合的角度，對國內外高校校園安全管理的歷史發展及其現在進行總結歸納，結合獨立學院及其學生的特征，對獨立學院學生安全網格化管理的理論進行分析，運用文獻資料法、實際調查研究法、比較分析法，基于網格化管理理論，建立獨立學院學生安全網格化管理組織模型，并在實際應用中完善可行性。本文結合網格化管理理論和當前獨立學院在學生安全管理方面存在的問題，分析了在獨立學院學生中實行安全網格化管理的必要性及可行性。提出以時間為段，把教師、服務人員、家長、各類學生干部等多渠道；以空間為軸，把課內、課外、生活和家庭串聯織網的獨立學院學生安全管理組織模型，實現學生安全網格化管理的時空全覆蓋，以提高應對校園危機能力。為了保證獨立學院學生安全網格化管理的組織模型的正常運行，從經濟、制度、文化、隊伍四個方面進行保障機制的探討。

ABSTRACT
With the reform of university education management system and the change ofmanagement environment of college students, the traditional way of studentmanagement is obviously inadequate, therefore, the new requirements for studentsafety management must be put forward. In recent years, the emergence of gridmanagement concept and its successful application in urban construction andcommunity management provide a theoretical and practical basis for student safetymanagement. As an important part of the higher education organization, theindependent college is also a large group of students. The effective mode ofestablishing the safety management of the independent college students is the basis ofensuring the orderly and efficient development of the management of the independentcollege, which has the practical significance.
According to the current situation of independent college students' safetymanagement, this article tries to combine from the theory and practice point ofview,summarizes the domestic and foreign university campus safety managementdevelopment history, combines with the characteristics of independent collegestudents and the students in Independent College safety grid management theoryanalysis, using the method of literature, the actual survey research method andcomparative analysis method, based on the theory of grid management, establish themodel of independent college students' safety grid management organization, andimprove the feasibility in practical application.
Based on the theory of grid management and the problems existing in the currentsafety management of independent colleges, this article analyzes the necessity andfeasibility of implementing safety grid management in independent college students.
This time, the teachers, parents and students of all kinds of service personnel, cyadresand other channels; in space axis, the inside and outside class, life and family serieswebs of independent college students' safety management organization model, realizethe space-time student safety grid management full coverage, to improve the ability todeal with crisis. In order to ensure the normal operation of student safety gridmanagement model in independent colleges, the safeguard mechanism is studied fromfour aspects: economy, system, culture and team.
