摘 要
文化是民族凝聚力和創造力的重要源泉、是綜合國力競爭的重要因素。中華優秀傳統文化是中華民族生生不息、團結奮進的重要動力。解決臺灣問題實現祖國統一是兩岸人民的共同心愿。堅決反對“臺獨”,絕不向“臺獨”分子和分裂勢力妥協。我們要堅持和平發展這一主題，通過加強兩岸經濟文化交流實現兩岸和平統一。本文通過論述中華傳統文化的民族性、包容性、完整性和發展性這些特點以及臺灣本土文化的多元同源這一主要特點總結臺灣本土文化和中華傳統文化的密切聯系?？偨Y出中華傳統文化在解決臺灣問題、促進祖國完全統一中的橋梁作用、溝通作用和開拓新渠道的作用。接著通過對大陸與臺灣關系的現狀研究，進一步探索充分發揮文化在實現祖國完全統一重要作用所需的條件：政策支持、文化認同、青年交流以及平臺構建等等，并根據這些所需條件要求在對臺文化政策上提出相關對策。

Abstract
Culture is the great source of national cohesiveness and creativity, as well as theessential element of the synthetically national power. The elegant traditional culture ofour Chinese people is the motive force with which we live and grow in nature andbecause of which we unite and progress. It is the common desire of the people bothfrom the mainland and from the Taiwan Island to settle the Taiwan island problem andaccomplish the national unification. We insist on combating against the isolation ofTaiwan Island and never compromise with the isolation activists and splitting forces.
We will stick to the theme-peaceful development, and put emphasis onstrengthening the inter-coastal communications on the aspects of economy, culture,etc, in order to reach the peaceful unification of both sides. Based on the abovesituations, the thesis concludes the close relationship between the Chinese traditionalculture and Taiwan's local culture, through researching the features of the Chinesetraditional culture and Taiwan's local culture. And then, the thesis aims at exploringthe conditions in which we could make full use of the role that the culture plays inaccomplishing the national unification. Finally, it proposed certain suggestions toachieve the great cause.
