摘 要
市場經濟發展初期,大量農村剩余勞動力涌入城市務工。他們接受新鮮事物的能力比較強,能夠很快的融入到城市生活之中。但是,由于種種原因,他們歸根到底還是要回到農村,在城市文化和農村文化認同過程中,便存在著顯現或者隱形的沖突,導致他們對自我身份定位的迷茫,極大的影響社會的和諧發展。
本文以對湖北省巴東縣沿渡河鎮 A 村返鄉務工人員基本情況的調查為基礎,結合學界對返鄉務工人員的研究成果,由點到面,闡釋了研究返鄉務工人員城鄉文化認同的重要意義。
本文通過對返鄉務工人員、文化認同、城鄉文化概念的界定和內涵的闡釋,以案例分析的方式從城鄉物質文化、社會文化及精神文化等方面的差異闡述返鄉務工人員對城鄉文化認同上的差異,并分類舉例分析說明原因。
本文從城市、農村和務工人員三個層面嘗試提出自己的解決思路。在城市層面,要統籌考慮城鄉社會建設,縮小城鄉差距;增進城鄉群體之間交流互動,增強城市對務工人員的包容;增強務工人員子女對城市文化的認同。在農村層面,要保障農民的土地權益;因地制宜發展經濟,增加就業;加強培訓,提升農民綜合素質;對于返鄉務工人員個人來說,在外界的幫助下,要轉變思想、調整心態,主動適應城鄉文化的轉換。

Abstract
During the early development of China’s market economy, a large number of surpluslabors in rural areas swarmed into cities to make a living. They learn new things quicklyand are able to fast integrate themselves into an urban life, though they have to return towhere they come from due to various reasons. They go through manifest or invisibleconflicts in cultural identification when shifting between rural culture and urban culture,leading to their bewilderedness in self-identification. This gravely affects the harmoniousdevelopment of the society.
This paper elucidates the importance of studying back-home migrant workers’
identification with urban culture and rural culture. It’s based on the investigation reportson the basic conditions of the back-home migrant works at Village A of Yanduhe Town,Badong County, Hubei Province, People’s Republic of China. It also draws upon availableresearch findings on back-home migrant workers.
To start with, it defines and clarifies the connotations of “back-home migrant worker”,“cultural identification” and “urban culture and rural culture”. Then, it sheds light on thedisparities between back-home migrant workers’ identification with urban culture andtheir identification with rural culture via case study from three aspects: material culture,social culture and spiritual culture. Furthermore, examples from these three aspects aregiven for analysis and validation.
This paper presents solutions for this problem from three perspectives: urban areas,rural areas and migrant workers. As for urban areas, the government should take intoconsideration both urban development and rural development, and take measures to bridgethe urban-rural gap, to promote exchange and interactions between urban people andmigrant workers, and to increase the cities’ acceptance and forgiveness towards migrantworkers, as well as to spur up the identification of children of migrant workers with urbanculture. As for rural areas: land rights of farmers should be secured; economy should bedeveloped with local conditions to boost employment; skill training programs should becarried out to enhance the overall qualities of farmers. As for back-home migrant workers,they should adjust their mind to the situation with external help, thus actively adapting tothe shift from urban culture to rural culture.
