摘要
在我國人口步入老齡化進程中，最突出的問題是高齡老人所占老年人口比重迅速上升。人口高齡化問題不僅牽扯出社會問題，也牽扯出政治、經濟、文化等諸多領域，關系到國計民生的重大問題。因此，我們必須給予高度關注，建立和完善一套適應中國實際國情的高齡老人養老支持體系。
根據第六次人口普查結果顯示，80歲以上的高齡老人占老年群體的11.37%;而相對于上次的第五次人口普查結果的比重7.24%上浮了4.13%,而這僅僅經過了十年。面對數量如此龐大的人口群體，尤其是生理、精神、經濟都很脆弱的群體，97%的高齡老人需要自我養老，這種現象在城市尤為明顯。作為社會中的弱勢群體，高齡老人的養老需求項目有哪些？有著什么樣的養老支持體系？社區、養老院等機構可以提供哪些服務來滿足高齡老人的養老需求？高齡老人的生活質量受到個人、家庭和社會不同層次的綜合因素的影響，因此，要提高高齡老人的生活質量就需要所有力量共同努力。本文通過對高齡老人經濟支持、生活照料支持、精神慰藉支持進行分析研究，最終構建高齡老人養老支持體系，保障高齡老人度過一個愉快的晚年生活，以豐富學者在研究這一方面的價值。本文除引言和結論外，正文共分為四部分：
第一部分根據高齡老人的界定和高齡老人的生活特點，歸納總結出高齡老人的主要養老支持理論。
第二部分對唐山市豐潤區的三個小區的高齡老人的人口結構，生活基本情況進行調查走訪，從經濟支持、生活照料、精神慰藉三方面進行重點調查并對數據進行分析。
第三部分根據上述對唐山市豐潤區高齡老人的情況分析，得出影響高齡老人尤其是問題突出的經濟支持、生活照料、精神慰藉三方面的養老支持存在的主要問題及原因。
第四部分通過數據分析得出的問題，對高齡老人的養老支持從經濟生活、日常生活照料和精神慰藉三方面的問題提出相應的改進建議與對策。

Abstract
In the process of population aging in our country, the most prominent problemis the rapid rise is the proportion of elderly population一year一old man. The ageingproblem involves not only the social problems, also involves many fields such aspolitics, economy, culture, major problem concerns the national economy andpeople's livelihood. Therefore, we must pay high attention, establish and perfect a setof adapt to China's actual conditions of elderly pension support system.
According to sixth census shows that 80一year一old man accounted for 11.37%of the elderly over the age o仁And compared with the last of the fifth populationcensus results the proportion of 7.24% rise by 4.13%, and that only after ten years. Inthe face of such a large number of population, especially in the physical, mental,economic are very vulnerable, but 97% of the elderly need to self pension, thisphenomenon is especially obvious in the city. As the vulnerable groups in society, theelderly pension requirements project have? What kind of old-age support system have?Communities, nursing homes and other institutions which can provide services tomeet the demand of the elderly pension? Elderly quality of life by different levels ofindividuals, families and society comprehensive factors, therefore, to improve thequality of life in elderly will need all forces to work together. This article through tothe elderly support economic support, life care, mental comfort analysis, finally buildelderly endowment support system, safeguard elderly have a happy old age life. Toenrich scholars in studying the value of this aspect. In this paper, besides introductionand conclusion, the text is divided into four parts:
The first part, according to the definition of the elderly and the elderly lifecharacteristic, summarized the main theory of old-age support一year一old man.
The second part of the three district of tangshan rich elderly population structure,and investigate the basic conditions of life to visit, from economic support, life careand spiritual comfort focus on investigation and analysis of data.
The third part, according to the above situation analysis of tangshan rich area-year一old man, it is concluded that affect the elderly, especially the problems ofeconomic support, life care and spiritual consolation old-age support of the mainproblems and reasons
The fourth part through data analysis, support for elderly endowment from theeconomic life, daily life care and spiritual comfort three aspects put forward thecorresponding Suggestions and countermeasures.
