中文提要
目的：在“素質教育”與高職教學改革的趨勢下，對江蘇省民辦高職體育教學進行現狀研究，能夠結合自身工作實踐總結存在問題及解決措施，從而為實際教學工作提供指導。
方法：本文綜合運用文獻資料法、問卷調查法、實地訪談法、邏輯分析法與數理統計法，從學習態度、學習目的、教學內容、教學方法、課外活動、教學評價、師資狀況、教學資源及管理工作等方面入手，對來自江蘇省 6 所民辦高職院校的 150 名學生和 30 名體育教師進行了現狀調查及問題分析。
結果：（1）江蘇省民辦高職學生體育學習態度較好，多數學生愿意積極參與體育教學活動，不同學生體育課學習目的存在一定差距。（2）當前江蘇省高職院校的體育教學課堂形式較多、課程設置豐富、課外活動組織和參與度較好，然而教學方法單一、評價體系不夠完善等問題仍然存在。（3）體育教師培訓機會較少，晉升較難，薪酬待遇較差，專業素養需進一步提高。（4）江蘇省高職院校各類體育場館的建設工作取得一定成績，但場館建設資金投入、硬件設施更新仍需加強。（5）江蘇省高職院校體育教學管理組織機構和體育管理制度建設情況較好，多數受訪者對所在院校體育教學管理工作的開展表示滿意，然而相關制度的執行還需要加強。
結論：（1）當前江蘇省高職院校體育教學工作開展情況整體較好，學生參與體育教學活動積極性較高，多數學生和教師對體育教學的課堂形式、課程設置、課外活動及教學內容表示滿意。（2）對于存在的教學方法不夠豐富、評價體系尚未完善、場館建設資金不足、教師科研能力仍需增強等問題，研究者從教學方法、師資培訓、資金投入、管理體系等多個方面提出了改進的對策。未來，江蘇省高職院校應進一步加強體育師資隊伍和專業課程建設，完善體育設施場館與管理體系制度，增加課外教學并改進教學評價工作，同時注重降低教師工作壓力并提高待遇。

Abstract
Objective: Under the trend of “quality education” and teaching reform of highervocational education, the Jiangsu Province private vocational education were researchstatus, can be combined with their own work practice and sums up the existing problemsand solving measures, so as to provide guidance to the practical teaching work.
Methods: In this paper, the integrated use of literature, questionnaire survey, fieldinterviews method, logical analysis and mathematical statistics method, starting from thelearning attitude, purpose, teaching content, teaching method, extracurricular activities,teaching evaluation, teachers, teaching resources and management learning, presentsituation investigation and problem analysis of 6 private vocational colleges in JiangsuProvince 150 students and 30 teachers.
Results: （1） in Jiangsu Province, the students of private higher vocational studentshave good attitude, most students are willing to actively participate in physical educationactivities, and there is a certain gap between different students' physical education. （2）there are many problems, such as the teaching method of physical education in JiangsuProvince, the teaching method is single and the evaluation system is not perfect. （3）physical education teacher training opportunities are less, the promotion is more difficult,the salary treatment is poor, the professional quality needs to further improve. （4） theconstruction of all kinds of sports colleges and universities in Jiangsu province has madesome achievements, but the construction funds and hardware facilities are still need to bestrengthened. （5） the construction of physical education teaching management organizationand sports management system in Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu province is better.
Most of the respondents expressed satisfaction with the development of sports teachingmanagement in Colleges and universities. However, the implementation of the relevantsystem needs to be strengthened.
Conclusion: （1） the present situation of physical education in Vocational Colleges inJiangsu province is better than that of physical education. The students participate inphysical education activities. Most students and teachers are satisfied with the teaching ofphysical education in the form of classroom teaching, curriculum, extracurricular activitiesand teaching content. （2） there are still some problems, such as inadequate enrichment ofthe existing teaching method, imperfect evaluation system, insufficient funds, and stillneed to be strengthened. In the future, Jiangsu province should further strengthen theconstruction of physical education teachers and professional courses, improve the facilitiesand management system of sports facilities, increase the extracurricular teaching andimprove the teaching evaluation.

Abstract
Objective: Under the trend of “quality education” and teaching reform of highervocational education, the Jiangsu Province private vocational education were researchstatus, can be combined with their own work practice and sums up the existing problemsand solving measures, so as to provide guidance to the practical teaching work.
