摘要
隨著現代科學技術的迅猛發展和信息時代的來臨,人們空閑時間的增多,對物質的要求滿足后,更多的追求精神上的享受和自我價值的實現,這必將伴隨著休閑時代的到來。中學生正值身心發展的關鍵時期,他們是未來社會發展的主要力量,他們的生活方式備受關注,而休閑體育與中學生有著天然的親和力。本文運用文獻資料、問卷調查法、統計分析法等研究方法,以西城區北京八中為例研究中學生休閑體育活動現狀并分析影響其開展休閑體育活動的主要因素,對中學生進行休閑體育教育,另參考國外成功經驗,為西城區中學生更好的參與到休閑體育活動中提出建議,幫助西城區中學生建立終身體育意識,促使學生全面發展。研究得出結論:
(1)從對休閑體育的認知來看,以北京八中為例的西城區學生對休閑體育的認知情況不理想。學生空閑時間活動安排內容上單一且活動方式消極。
(2)從活動時間上看,學生進行休閑體育活動的頻率是 2-3 次/周,節假日每次活動持續時間主要是 1-2 小時,平日則主要在 1 小時以內。
(3)從活動內容上看,學生節假日從事的休閑體育活動主要以球類、戶外郊游、散步和跑步等簡單易行的活動為主;在平日上學期間,受體育課內容傳統模式的影響,學生主要選擇常規的球類項目。由于男女生生理特點和性格特征導致選擇的項目不同。
(4)從參與形式和場所來看,學生休閑體育活動的主要形式是“與同學、朋友、親人一起活動”和“單獨活動”;學生節假日的活動地點主要是小區廣場、公園,平日上學期間主要在校內場地進行活動。
(5)從消費來看,學生節假日的消費水平普遍不高,消費類型屬于休閑體育實物形式消費,但消費水平高并沒有作為影響學生參與休閑體育活動的主要因素。
(6)從影響因素來看,個體主觀原因主要是學生對休閑體育認知情況不佳,并認為運動太苦太累;外部客觀原因主要是學習負擔重,空閑時間少,場地器材的限制,休閑體育氛圍不佳,缺乏指導。值得注意的是學生體質下降,部分同學身體素質差,參加休閑體育活動力不從心。

Abstract
With the rapid development of modern science and technology and the coming of theinformation age, the increase in leisure time, after the requirements Of the material havebeen met, to achieve more in pursuit of spiritual enjoyment and self value,it will beaccompanied by the arrival of the era of leisure. Middle school students are at a crucial periodof physical and mental development, they are a major force in the future of socialdevelopment,their way of life were brought into great concern. The leisure sports have anatural affinity for middle school students.This article utilizes the literature material,questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and other research methods ,to take the BeijingNo.8 Middle School of Xicheng District for example to research on middle school students'leisure and sports activities, and the current status of the analysis of main factors influencingthe development of leisure and sports activities,Leisure sports education for middle schoolstudents, the other reference on foreign successful experience, put forward the proposalfor the Xicheng District students to better participate in leisure sports activities,establishinglifelong sports consciousness to promote students ' all-round development.The results are asfollows.
(1)From the view of leisure sports cognition, cognitive situation in Beijing No.8 MiddleSchool as an example of Xicheng District students of leisure sports is not ideal. The students'spare time activities arrangement is single and content of activities on the negative.
(2) From the activities of the time, students leisure sports activities frequency is 2-3times per week, holidays, duration of each event is mainly for 1-2 hours, weekdays are mainlyin 1 hours.
(3)From the active content, students engage in leisure sports activities are the mainholidays in ball games, outdoor picnic, walking and running, the selection of main routine ballgames on weekdays during the school. Male and female students due to mental and physicalcharacteristics and personality trends resulted in the selection of projects of different.
(4)From the form and place of view, students leisure sports activities mainly in the formof “with classmates, friends, family activities together” and “separate activities”. The studentsholiday activity place is mainly residential square, park, school activities during the weekdaysin the main school site.
(5)From the point of consumption, the students holiday consumption level is generallynot middle, consumption type belongs to the real form of leisure sports consumption, but themiddle level of consumption and not as the main reasons for students to participate in leisuresports activities.
(6)From the influencing factors, individual subjective reason are mainly students lack ofinterest in leisure sports, think exercise is too bitter too tired; external reason is mainly thestudy burden is heavy, the less idle time, space and equipment limitations, leisure sportsatmosphere is poor, the lack of guidance. It is worth noting the decline of students' physique,part of the students body quality is poor, unable to participate in sports activities.
