摘 要
1923 年,“科玄論戰”引發了中國近現代社會以來第一場人生觀問題的激烈討論??茖W派主張科學足以解決人生問題,以否定傳統玄學之價值。玄學派則認為科學并不能解決人生問題。在科學派與玄學派對待人生問題的尖銳立場之外,東方文化派的杜亞泉提出了具有調和論色彩的淑世主義人生觀。
杜亞泉畢生致力于科學普及之工作,思想認識不輸于當時的科學派成員。在文化上,他堅持民族文化的本位性,亦不輸于當時的文化保守派成員。在人生哲學乃至文化問題,他是不分科學與玄學之優劣,而是主張兼容并蓄,共同促進中國人的人生問題的解決。他的人生哲學,緊扣中國哲學的命門“生命”二字,并大膽借鑒與吸收當時流行的西方生命主義、實用主義思潮,運用機體主義的理論方法,建構了一套具有創造進化色彩的淑世主義人生哲學體系。
論文從杜亞泉人生哲學思想的現實根源與理論源頭入手,探討杜亞泉人生哲學的形成原因,接著著重分析杜亞泉人生哲學的思想體系,圍繞人生目的論、人生實踐論以及人生價值論展開。通過對“本務”“德”等概念的分析,以及“致知”、“正心”“養性”、“立志”、“養氣”等修身方法的研究,得出杜亞泉人生哲學基本秉承了傳統德性主義人生哲學路線,與之同時,研究杜亞泉的淑世主義人生觀,即改善主義人生觀。它是一種對兩種極端人生觀,即對“厭世觀”和“樂天觀”的調和折中,是一種溫和漸進式的調和主義人生觀。
杜亞泉的人生哲學,融攝中西,調和科學與玄學,折衷古今中外諸家諸派之學說,“執兩端而取中”,為中國現代人生哲學的轉折與復興開辟了一條富有生機的新道路。杜亞泉的人生哲學試圖超越“科玄論戰”中科學與玄學在人生問題上的二元對立,在當時的時代背景之下,不僅是“科玄論戰”的總結與升華,而且對于當今科學主義盛行的當代社會,建構合宜的人生觀亦具有重要的理論參照價值。

Abstract
In 1923, “The Controversy”between scientology and metaphysics led in the first intensediscussion on life issues in modern Chinese society Scientology claims scientific enough to solvethe problems of life, in order to negate the value of traditional metaphysics. Metaphysical is thatscience can not solve the problems of life. In addition to Scientology and metaphysical issuessharp stance towards life, the Oriental Culture School of Du-yaquan presented with a syncretismof color Shushi world outlook on life.
Du Yaquan devoted his life to the work of popular science, thinking and understanding isnot lost on members of Scientology at the time. Culturally, he insisted the standard of thenational culture, nor lose at that time the cultural conservative members. Philosophy and culturalissues in life, he is, regardless of the merits of science and metaphysics, but advocates inclusive,and jointly promote the Chinese people to solve the problems of life. His philosophy of life,closely linked to Chinese philosophy Vital “life” word, and boldly learn and absorb the popularWestern life, pragmatism thoughts, using Marxist theory of the body, and the construction of aset of colors to create evolution Shu Shi oriented philosophy of lifePaper start from the reality root of and theory source of yaquan Du's philosophy of life,investigating the causes yaquan Du's philosophy of life, and then focuses on yaquan Du'sphilosophy of life ideology, around life teleology, life practice and theory expand the value oflife. Through the study of the “ Obligations” and “Ethics” concepts such as analysis, and“Realms”, “Sacred Hearts”, “Cultivation”, “Determined”, “Moral Cultivation” and othermethods of cultivation, concluding the basic philosophy of life tradition of Marxist Philosophyof Life line, with the same time, research Shushi world outlook on life, namely improvingoutlook on life. It is a harmony of two extreme view of life: “misanthropic view” and “wearyview” , a moderate progressive harmonic outlook on lifeYaquan Du's philosophy of life, assimilating the east and west, reconciling science andmetaphysics, ancient and modern eclectic home of various doctrines,hold both ends and takein,not only opened up a vibrant new twist with the revival of the modern Chinese life philosophyyaquan Du's philosophy of life trying to go beyond the “Science and Metaphysics” in the binaryoppositions of science and metaphysics on the problems of life, under the background of thattime, not only is the summary and sublimation of “Controversy” , and also has importanttheoretical reference value for constructing the decent life outlook in modern society which iscurrent for scientism.
