摘 要
隨著計算機和網絡技術的發展，互聯網對人類的生產和生活產生的影響是空前的。網絡媒體作為新媒體登上歷史舞臺，其技術模式和傳播模式都呈現出巨大的優越性。任何時代何種媒介的誕生都有其深刻的社會根源，社會有需求才會促使傳播技術不斷改進發展?；谟嬎銠C和網絡技術的新媒體時代消解了人際間傳播的隔膜，解構了媒介的專制和權威，顛覆了傳統的傳播格局和理念，塑造了人類新的傳播秩序和話語權。使普通民眾的表達得到前所未有的自由，誕生了新的思維、行為模式和社會新秩序。但是，計算機網絡猶如潘多拉的盒子，它給我們的生活帶來了巨大便利、巨大驚喜甚至是巨大財富的時候，同時也帶來了社會問題。人始終是世界唯一的主人，任何技術的發展最終是為人類更好的生活而服務的。
本論文主要關注是什么原因促使網絡技術的快速發展？新媒體有哪些時代特征？新媒體具有哪些技術特質和社會特質？現階段新媒體的發展模式是什么？新媒體的發展對社會產生了什么樣的影響？新媒體的發展模式給我們帶來哪些啟示和思考等主要問題。
圍繞上述問題，文章分為五個章節來闡述：（1）計算機技術時代。通過對網絡技術發展的內在動力因子分析，總結出網絡技術發展的根本動力是社會需求；軍事需求是計算機技術發展的強大動力；國家政策支持為網絡技術發展提供支持；企業盈利性為網絡技術發展提供巨大動力；相關理論和科學技術的發展為網絡技術發展提供理論和技術支撐。（2）傳統媒體的發展模式。新的媒體出現不會代替舊的媒體，而是呈現迭代的發展態勢?？偨Y出傳統媒體的經典傳播模式“傳者------內容------渠道------受眾”的單向傳播模式。（3）新媒體的時代特征。在新媒體環境下，整合各媒介資源以實現資源共享已經成為傳統媒介和新媒體的發展態勢。媒介融合和受眾的數字化生存是新媒體的時代特征，媒體間從獨立經營到多媒體運營模式是媒介發展的總趨勢。（4）新媒體的發展模式探析。從新媒體的技術模式和發展模式入手，分析總結出新媒體的八種傳播模式，并探討新媒體發展模式的社會需求。（5）新媒體發展模式的啟示和哲學思考。計算機網絡技術的新媒體猶如潘多拉的盒子，它是一把雙刃劍，探討新媒體對社會文化、社會建制、對人的思維方式和行為模式等各方面的影響進行哲學思考并得出啟示。

Abstract
With the development of computer and network technology , the impact of the Interneton the production of human lives is unprecedented . As a new media network media stage ofhistory , its technical pattern and mode of transmission has emerged as a huge advantage. Thebirth of the medium in which any era has its deep social roots , community needs willpromote the development of communication technologies continue to improve . Based on thenew media era of computer and network technology to eliminate the divide betweeninterpersonal communication , deconstruction of authoritarian and authoritative media,subvert the traditional means of communication patterns and ideas , create a newcommunication order and the human voice . Expressing ordinary people getunprecedented freedom , the birth of a new way of thinking , behavior patterns and socialorder. However, the computer network like Pandora 's box , it gives our lives has broughtgreat convenience , a huge surprise when even the great wealth , but also brought socialproblems.
This paper focuses on what prompted the rapid development of network technology ?
What are the characteristics of the new media era ? What are the technical characteristics ofnew media and social qualities ?How many stages did the new media development have ?What kind of impac did development of new media on society? What other major issuesbrought about new media development model gives us inspiration and thinking ?
Around these problems , the article is divided into five chapters to illustrate :The firstchapter of computer technology era. By intrinsic motivation factor for the development ofnetwork technology analysis, summed up the fundamental driving force of the development ofnetwork technology needs of the community , the military needs a strong driving force for thedevelopment of computer technology , to provide support for national policies to support thedevelopment of network technology, network technology enterprise profitability providestremendous power development, the development of science and technology related to thedevelopment of network technology to provide theoretical and technical support. Emergence of new media will not replace old media , butpresents an iterative development trend . Communication is obvious limitations .The third chapter features thenew media era . in the new media environment , the integration of various media resources toachieve resource sharing has become the development trend of traditional media and newmedia. Being Digital media convergence and the audience is the era of new media features , among the media from independent operators to multi-media business model is the trend ofmedia development. And summed up the new media have real-time.
