摘要

當代大學生的職業道德建設正在遭遇多元價值觀、多元文化的挑戰，社會上各種思潮通過信息媒體向高校奔涌而來，使得一部分大學生在學習過程中，產生了一些利益至上、道德無用的錯誤思想；重視職業技能水平的高低，卻忽視了對自身職業道德修養的提高。從個人角度來說，這對當代大學生今后就業和發展是極為不利的，從國家和民族來說，則有礙于社會主義道德建設，如果不能用正確的方法加以引導，當代大學生就有可能就會迷失方向，走向歧途。

當代大學生這一群體作為社會主義建設事業的主要接班人，未來將分布在各行各業，他們的職業道德水準高低將直接影響到社會主義事業的成敗。筆者認為，當代大學生職業道德的培育必須抓好“知”這個基礎，以“知”促“行”,從而達到知行合一，才能從根本上改善當代大學職業道德現狀。

本文以“八一精神”的內涵作為理論來源，針對當代大學生職業道德現狀中的現狀和存在問題的原因進行了研究。筆者認為，通過發揮“八一精神”的教育功能，使當代大學生職業道德在認識上得到升華，影響其內在品質，達到優化個體職業道德水平的目的，也推進了新時期的職業道德建設。

Abstract

Nowadays college students professional ethics construction is facing multiplevalue view, multicultural challenge, society all kinds of thoughts through theinformation media to the surging and, making part of the college students in thelearning process, some of the benefits of the supremacy, useless morality of wrongideas, pay attention to the level of professional skills, but ignore the improvement oftheir professional ethics. From a personal point of view, this of contemporary collegestudents in the future employment and development is extremely unfavorable, fromthe country and the nation, could be a hindrance to the socialist morality construction,if you can not use the correct method to be guided, contemporary college studentshave would be lost direction, into the manifold way.

The author thinks that the cultivation of the professional ethics of contemporarycollege students must grasp the “knowledge” is the basis, in order to “know”,promoting the “line”, so as to achieve the unity of knowledge and practice tofundamentally improve professional ethics of contemporary university status.

The contemporary college students, as the main successors of the socialistconstruction, are the independent individuals in all walks of life, each person'sprofessional ethics level is different, must be good “know” this level, in order to makecontemporary college students in the future work of the “line”. In this paper, theconnotation of “Ba Yi spirit” as the theoretical source, for the contemporary collegestudents' professional ethics in the present situation of the teaching, play the “Ba Yispirit” education function, so that the contemporary college students' professionalethics in recognition of the sublimation, so as to influence their intrinsic quality,optimize the individual professional ethics, so as to promote the realization of macrogoals, and promote the new period of professional ethics.
